The download link below is for Ibis RMO, our most popular PC software. Contact us if you wish to install both the Ibis RMO and Ibis RMA programs onto your PC. They share common client databases so it is easy for you to give a client, entered using RMO, an AARP model specifications printout by opening RMA and selecting that client.

The self-extracting zipped files will place shortcuts on your PC's desktop. The latest update of Norton Anti-Virus is run before any self-extracting files are created by Ibis. Scroll down the list and click an underscored .exe link to download. The links are in the right-hand column below. Please follow these important directions:

  (1) When prompted, click Open rather than Save.

      If you get an error message saying the file size is incorrect:
        (a)  It did not fully download. You may wish to upgrade your Internet connection.
        (b)  Clear your temporary downloaded file cache. In Internet Explorer, click Tools in the
                 top menu bar, then click Internet Options in the drop-down menu. This should take
                 you to the "General" sheet tab. In the middle of the dialog box there is a button
                 labeled Delete Files. Click it. Do not click the Delete Cookies button.
        (c)  Try downloading again.

  (2) When asked about Authenticode, click Yes
        Ibis runs the latest version of Norton Anti-Virus before uploading any files. 

  (3) Then just follow the prompts in the installation program:
        (a)  When asked to continue, click Yes
        (b)  Enter the password, then click OK
        (c)  On the Welcome page, click Next
        (d)  On the Info page, read it, then click Next
        (e)  On the Destination page, you should use the default folder C:\Ibis, then click Next
                   If you want to use another location, click Browse. At your own risk.
        (f)   On the Start Copying page, click Next
        (g)  At the end of the installation, there is a checkbox if you wish to launch RMO directly.
                  But it is easier to exit the installation and start RMO from the new shortcut we placed
                  on your desktop. The shortcut for RMO is labeled Ibis RM Originator.
                  When Excel opens, be sure to Enable Macros.

  When prompted, click "Open" or "Run", do NOT click "Save"
