You old hands know us as Ibis Capital, LLC. Ibis has been
delivering state-of-the-art
PC software for reverse mortgage
lenders and counselors since 1995. Ibis' sister company
NETirement.com, Inc. delivers our online tools both for wealth
management and reverse mortgages. We are an independent software
provider and knowledgebase. We do not make loans and are not
your competitor.
We have basic and
advanced tools. The basic online reverse
mortgage calculator consists of up to six web pages in both
English and Spanish. Information and data passes between the
language versions. For example if you are on page 3 of the
Spanish calculator and click the "En inglés" link,
you will see the same page and figures in English.
Licensees can select what pages they wish to include. Go through
our demos and decide what is best for your online presence. The
NRMLA and AARP calculators have several hundred unique users
each day.
